Ed Gallagher / Director

Edward Gallagher is a former emergency services professional with four decades of experience in military service, law enforcement, firefighting and medical response. He began his career as a medic in the Australian Navy where he built a strong foundation in advanced medical care, teamwork and operational readiness in high-pressure environments.

Ed then served as a Western Australia Police Officer gaining experience in crisis response and critical decision-making. He later became a firefighter working in dynamic and high-risk environments. Driven by a passion for medical excellence, Ed advanced to a dual-function Firefighter/Paramedic role with the Los Angeles City Fire Department, providing essential pre-hospital emergency care and life-saving interventions.

A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Center for Prehospital Care as a Paramedic, he holds accreditations as a Level 1 Sports Trainer with Sports Medicine Australia and Gold Level Coach with the Australian Football League.

Ed is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Sport Science degree at the University of Western Australia, merging his extensive field experience with academic insights into performance, physiology and human movement. This multidisciplinary background offers him a unique perspective on tactical and athletic performance.
